Antique and Classic, Mostly French Posters, Paintings & Drawings
July 7-23rd. For a true French experience, during Bastille Days, come enjoy a few choice Antique and Classic, all original, French posters by Toulouse-Lautrec, Cheret, Cappiello and many others. See the evolution in French style from Belle Epoque, Art Nouveau and Art Deco to the stylized classic posters of the 1950s. Included in this show are paintings, drawings and magazine illustrations by many of the poster artists. All are for sale. DeLind Gallery of Fine Art always has a selection of fine antique posters, and during July, many additional posters are added to our regular inventory to coincide with Bastille Days.
